Have you seen the dynamic new LLMC interface? I tested it as soon as it launched yesterday and easily accessed the documents in George Washington’s plan to take over Fort Duquesne and rename it Fort Pitt. Today, I tested the filter options on the left side of the screen by searching for the word “burial” and limiting the results to United States– Indigenous-State Relations — 1970’s. This got me to materials from the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the National Welfare Rights Organization, the Indian Claims Commission, Senate documents, various treatises, and much more. The collection can’t be described efficiently, but these two examples demonstrate the variety of of interesting content that you can access. Note that LLMC has assorted content from foreign countries, as well.
